We select outstanding people we believe are of high integrity and character, work ethic and willingness to pour their lives into helping athletes be their best. We work hard to hire college players, college and high school coaches and dynamic competent teachers of the game. NBC-RMC has a special staff comprised of several Montanans. Each summer, we are fortunate enough to welcome back many returning coaches and this year is no different. The NBC-RMC coaching family can't wait to see you at Rocky Mountain College.

"The best way to spell words like trust and love is T-I-M-E, and to me there is no better teacher of this than the game of basketball. Basketball teaches our youth such things as leadership, teamwork, effort, and dedication, which make the sport bigger than a sport—it makes it an outline for success. NBC brings people together and gives us, coaches, a great layout for working with young athletes and using basketball to build confidence both on and off the court. NBC has given me the opportunity to grow in ways I had never thought possible. Each summer only serves to increase my passion for teaching, learning, and basketball as a whole."
