Meet the NBC-RMC Staff

We select outstanding people we believe are of high integrity and character, work ethic and willingness to pour their lives into helping athletes be their best. We work hard to hire college players, college and high school coaches and dynamic competent teachers of the game. NBC-RMC has a special staff comprised of several Montanans. Each summer, we are fortunate enough to welcome back many returning coaches and this year is no different. The NBC-RMC coaching family can't wait to see you at Rocky Mountain College.

Daniel Pearson

Daniel Pearson started his employment with NBC two summers ago as a junior coach. He impressed the NBC-RMC staff with his passion for basketball and ability to teach campers despite being the same age as several PAC 10 guys. Daniel will graduate from Billings Central this May and is considering a college career in Helena, MT. He will join the Carroll Saints' roster this upcoming fall. Dan states, "NBC is a combination of two wonderful things in my life, basketball and faith. On the basketball side, NBC stresses discipline, fundamentals and outworking the person next to you at all times, all values that have helped get me where I am at today. Even more important than basketball is the faith aspect in which coaches attempt to lead youth to Christ through basketball. NBC stresses morals, community and doing what is right always, more values that have led to where I am today. NBC has made an everlasting impact on my life and I am forever grateful for the opportunities it has provided."
